When it Doesn’t Make Sense

Even when they spit in your face, even when they spread lies, even when they hate you. Take care of them and never allow yourself to mirror their attacks. These attacks are led by the devil. Take the higher road.

To the contrary, “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:20‭-‬21 ESV

Dear Heavenly Father, as I walk through this world the way it is, with all of it’s distractions and temptations give me the direction of the Holy Spirit. Just give me that slap in the back of the head that lets me know that I am going in the wrong direction. Give me your awesome comfort when I feel lost Lord. Thank you for all that You do. In Jesus Name Amen

We have lost our focus there are so many distractions, I am guilty of it. There are all kinds of “things” that if we let them will make us go this way, that way and even sometimes backwards. Always keep your focus and move forward set your goal, know your goal and live your goal. 

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you. ^{Philippians 4:8-9 ESV}
