Daily Verse

More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, ^{Romans 5:3-4 ESV}

“for we find that the tribulations through which we pass are the means of exercising and increasing our patience, our meek forbearance of injuries received, or persecutions experienced, on account of the Gospel.” ^{Adam Clarke}

Sometimes it seems like receiving that Drink of Jesus is hard to swallow or even worse we have convinced ourselves that it will never come. I can say from personal experience that even though it seems like it is too hard to bear that we cannot take another step the thing we need the most is a refreshing Drink of Jesus. Open up your bible read the Psalms the promises and word that is received when reading them is refreshing and uplifting. When you get past the trails that are in the way the endurance that will be built will help make you a stronger and yes even healthier you that will be prepared to take on the things that get tossed your way.
