The Source of True Peace

Scripture: John 14:27

“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you.”

Devotion:
The world offers peace that depends on circumstances, when things are going good, peace stays; when they don’t, the peace disappears. Jesus offers a different kind of peace. His peace flows from who He is, not from what is going on around us. When we stay connected to Him, peace becomes a settled confidence rather than a fragile feeling. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. John 14:27

Where have you been looking for peace outside of Christ?

Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father, I receive the peace You give, not the peace the world tries to offer. Lord, guide me in the right direction and be the light for the paths in front of me. In Jesus Name Amen
