God invites you to trade anxiety for prayer. When worries rise, bring them honestly to Him with gratitude. Replacing anxiety with prayer produces peace that guards the heart. His peace doesn’t always change circumstances, but it guards your heart and mind. Today, release your concerns to God and rest in the calm assurance that He is near and in control.
