Written by Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength
But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31
God doesn’t give you strength for the whole journey at once instead He gives you strength for this moment. One reason we feel overwhelmed is because we focus on and are trying to carry tomorrow’s burdens with today’s grace. But God’s provision is daily. Just like manna in the wilderness, He provides exactly what you need when you need it. You don’t have to have the strength for next week, just trust Him for today. When you place your hope in Him, He guides and renews you step by step. Endurance is built in daily dependence, not distant worry. Stay present, stay trusting, and watch how God sustains you.

Dear Heavenly Father, teach me to trust You one day at a time. Please show me how to release my worries about the future and how to lean and rely on Your strength for today. Renew me as I place my hope in You. In Jesus Name Amen.
