Daily Verse

For he will hide me in his shelter in the day of trouble; he will conceal me under the cover of his tent; he will lift me high upon a rock. ^{Psalm 27:5 ESV}

Shelter: something beneath, behind, or within which a person, animal, or thing is protected from storms, missiles, adverse conditions, etc.; refuge, the protection or refuge afforded by such a thing, protection from blame, incrimination, a dwelling place or home considered as a refuge from the elements.

Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings. ^{Psalm 17:8 ESV} Lord protect me from harm and from anyone or anything that is trying to hurt me or my family. Guard me from myself and the decisions that I make that do not always lead to the best outcome. Help me to be humble like You are and model the love that You have given all of us and to all who are around me. Thank you for your direction and understanding because I am a work in progress and fall short with my imperfections. In Jesus Name Amen
