Daily Verse

Deliver me, O Lord, from evil men; preserve me from violent men, who plan evil things in their heart and stir up wars continually. They make their tongue sharp as a serpent’s, and under their lips is the venom of asps. Selah ^{Psalm 140:1-3 ESV}

Preserve: to keep alive or in existence; make lasting, to keep safe from harm or injury; protect or spare, to keep up; maintain.

Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, You are a hiding place for me; you preserve me from trouble; you surround me with shouts of deliverance. ^{Psalm 32:7 ESV} Lord it seems like right now everything around the world is falling apart, there are people attacking people that do not deserve to be hurt. There are others that are in the background thinking that they are puppet masters controlling people convincing them that when hurting each other they are justified do what they are doing because it is for “good”. Lord help them to see your peace the peace we have been told about in Psalm 4:8 ESV In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. Cover this world with Your love and peace so that we may all sleep within Your loving safety. In Jesus Name Amen
