Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for the sacrifice that You’ve given me. For living through the turmoil, the anguish and pain. Because of this You have paid for my weaknesses. In Jesus Name Amen

Today is Good Friday. It is the day you were given freedom from the accusations of the devil. Jesus was sacrificed on the cross for our sins. We are no longer ruled by the great deceiver! If we take it, we have been given the chance to live a life free of the persecution that the devil throws at us daily.

When He was cursed, He didn’t curse back. When he suffered, he didn’t threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously. He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds. For you were going astray like sheep; but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls. 2 Peter 2:23-25 WEB
