The dog, who goes by the name of Molly, was nowhere to be found when this woman was airlifted to safety via a helicopter. As this story broke, people reached out to this woman online to support her in finding her dog, with more than $11,500 raised to support the search efforts for Molly. In an amazing turn of events, Molly was found safe in the Hokitika bushland just one hour into the search.

This footage, which was taken from the helicopter that rescued Molly, shows that she was found near a pile of rocks, not too far from the waterfall where she fell with her human mama last week. According to rescuers, Molly was incredibly timid when they approached her. She stayed put the entire time and let them load her into the helicopter without much fuss.
