Written by Three of the four suspects facing trial for murder in Fairfax County, Virginia, this year entered the U.S. illegally, the Department of Homeland Security said. DHS directly called out Democratic Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger by saying she must end sanctuary policies in the state in a post on the alleged murderers Thursday. The department’s post comes after Fairfax County officials have allegedly refused to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement.
