Bible liftedDear Heavenly Father, as I face this day keep my feet firm on the Rock that you have given me. Keep me out of the mess and sludge of the day helping me to focus my mind on you Lord. In Jesus name Amen

Psalm 40: 2 He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.
