Love Letters from God

Dear Children,

Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice insofar as you share Christ’s sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed. 1 Peter 4:12-13  For I will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. I will cover you with My pinions, and under My wings you will find refuge; My faithfulness is a shield and buckler. Psalm 91:3-5 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. Isaiah 43:2 Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10

Dear Heavenly Father, I stand before You and ask You to show me Your ways; please forgive me for all that I have done in my life. Forgive me for the people that I have hurt and anything else that I have done. Lord show me the things that I have done and am currently continuing to do so that I may change so I do not keep on doing them. I knock at Your door with humility in my heart and I yearn to know You the same way that You know me. I am not trying to deceive You our trying to gain some sort of selfish advantage, Lord You know my heart and I truly want to know You on a personal level that I can only get from someone who is my best friend and companion. Lord help me to see all that You are. I ask You come into my heart Lord and I proclaim You as the one true God, thank you Lord.  In Jesus Name Amen

He defeated death for the welfare of all, giving us the gift of life with Him forever our Lord and Savior. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. John 1:1-5 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. Hebrews 13:8 ESV

For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him. Romans 6:9

Dear Children,

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. (NIV) “Don’t bargain with God. Be direct. Ask for what you need. This isn’t a cat-and-mouse, hide-and-seek game we’re in. If your child asks for bread, do you trick him with sawdust? If he asks for fish, do you scare him with a live snake on his plate? As bad as you are, you wouldn’t think of such a thing. You’re at least decent to your own children. So don’t you think the God who conceived you in love will be even better? (MSG) “Ask, and the gift is yours. Seek, and you’ll discover. Knock and the door will be opened for you. For every persistent one will get what he asks for. Every persistent seeker will discover what he longs for. And everyone who knocks persistently will one day find an open door. (TPT) Matt 7:7-8

Dear Children,

I sent my son to save you; and she will give birth to a Son, and you shall name Him Jesus (The Lord is salvation), for He will save His people from their sins.” Matt 1:21 (AMP) you who spend your days shrouded in darkness can now say, “We have seen a brilliant Light.” And those who live in the dark shadow land of death can now say, “The Dawning Light arises on us.” Matt 4:16 (TPT) “How blessed are those who are hungry and thirsty for righteousness, because it is they who will be satisfied!” Matt 5:6 (ISV) for if you forgive people their trespasses [their reckless and willful sins, leaving them, letting them go, and giving up resentment], your heavenly Father will also forgive you. Matt 6:14 (AMPC) “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. Matt 7:7-8 (NIV)

Why God?

Bible Why God

Why does  Why does God allow bad things to happen to good people? Why does God allow evil? God Punish me? These are all questions we have either heard or thought ourselves. So why God?

To answer why does God allow bad things to happen to good people. When he created us God made us without shame Genesis 2 25 Adam and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame. But because of the decisions that Adam and Eve made Genesis 3 6 When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. 7 Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves. God had given Adam and Eve free choice1 and with this newly gained knowledge human beings made horrible choices that angered God.  Genesis 6 5 The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. 6 The Lord regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled. 7 So the Lord said, “I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made them.” God still loved humans and found one person that still followed and was loyal to him his name was Noah. Genesis 6 8 But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord. 9 This is the account of Noah and his family.  Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God. The times that we live in now are becoming like the time of Noah and the time of Lot. Lot lived in Sodom and Gomorrah these towns were destroyed because of their evilness: Jude 1 7 In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion. They serve as an example of those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire. Right now we are making bad decisions we have lost our respect and reverence for God. But always remember none of us are perfect, if we were our name would be different and we would not be here! Romans 3 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God God sent Jesus to save us from ourselves. Jesus was the only person who was perfect, Jesus did not sin he was perfect! Hebrews 4 15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. So to answer the question yes there are good people but  none of us are perfect and with out sin.

  1. God gives us the choice Revelations 3 20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. However the evil that is in this world fights back trying to take this awesome choice God has given us. The devil puts it best Matthew 4 8 Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. 9 “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.” If you want what is in this world it is like bowing down and serving the devil.

Why does God allow evil?

  1. Romans 3 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God Yes there are good people here on earth but we all have done bad things. Sin is Sin, so to ask that question we assume that the “good” person is perfect. There is only one who did not sin, and he is our savior Jesus Christ.
  2. Jeremiah 17 9 The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? 10 “I the Lord search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct, according to what their deeds deserve.” When we do not accept Jesus Christ we will be judged for all the bad we do. Essentially Jesus is like the best lawyer you could ask for when he represents us we win. When Satan represents us we lose. When you decide to follow Jesus Satan will attack you in whatever matter it takes to make you question what is right. He will make you feel like bad decisions are good decisions and the good decisions are wrong. Matthew 4 8 Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. 9 “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.”

Why does God punish me?

  1. Never forget God does not punish those who believe in the sacrifice that he did for you. Romans 8 1Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,
