The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has rearrested an illegal immigrant accused of kidnapping a 4-year-old girl from a Long Island laundromat last month after a local judge released the alleged creep back into the community. Carlos Corte-Corte, an illegal immigrant from Ecuador, was taken into custody by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents on March 31 and placed in removal proceedings, DHS revealed Monday. Corte-Corte, 38, allegedly led the young girl out the back of the Laundry Kingdom in Patchogue on March 28 while her unsuspecting mother was there, according to Suffolk County Police, who later found the tot at a nearby library.

Teacher Keeps Job After Allegedly ‘Licking’ Student’s Foot On Video

A high school coach and teacher in Auburn, Washington is still on the job despite video showing him “licking” or “simulating” licking a student’s foot at a team event, according to reporting from Seattle radio host Jason Rantz. The unidentified teacher was removed as the head coach of the boys soccer team, allegedly after video of him licking “or simulating the licking of” the foot of a “male student athlete” came to light in March, according to talk radio station Seattle Red. The incident reportedly took place at a team dinner held during the 2025 season.

Family claims Fort Worth man shot ‘pedophile’ in groin to protect nieces

FORT WORTH, Texas – A man is in the custody of Fort Worth police after being accused of shooting another man in the groin. His family claims he was protecting his underage nieces from a man allegedly soliciting them for sex. Fort Worth man arrested Markus Renfro, 33, is in jail Saturday. His family members are explaining why he shot another man in the groin, and why they don’t think he deserves to be in jail. Dontavius Williams, Renfro’s brother-in-law, says he knew something wasn’t right.

What they’re saying: “My little cousin told me that the dude said, ‘Oh, come back and smoke some meth with me,’ you know, ‘have some drugs,’” Williams said. The family said this wasn’t the first time. Fort Worth police say officers had already been called to the 3700 block of Century Place on Friday morning after receiving reports of a man who was possibly under the influence soliciting children for sex. “We had already heard that a certain dude had been messing with other little kids around here,” Williams said. That’s when they say Renfro stepped in.

Police arrested a Fort Worth man on Friday after he allegedly shot another man in the groin at an apartment complex. Marckus Renfro, 33, was taken into custody after he allegedly shot a man who had already been reported to the police for soliciting children for sex, according to CBS News Texas. Advertisement Renfro’s family told the authorities he shot the man to protect underage girls in a group. Law enforcement has not yet confirmed this account.

Officers were called to an apartment complex at 11:43 a.m. on Friday after received reports about a man who was possibly under the influence and propositioning minors for sexual favors. As the officers arrived, they heard a single gunshot. The officers found a man matching the suspect’s description near a convenience store. He had been shot in the groin. The authorities transported him to a local hospital where he was listed in stable condition. Police identified him as the same man who was reported for soliciting minors.

Jarvis Butts Found Dead in Jail, Leaving Na’Ziyah Harris’ Family ‘Worried and Fearful’

Child predator Jarvis Butts died in jail on Thursday, two weeks after his sentencing, robbing Na’Ziyah Harris’ family of closure. Jarvis Butts faced up to 60 years for the death of 13-year-old Na’Ziyah Harris, who was last seen in January 2024. He was convicted of murdering Harris on 12 March, but he only served two weeks of his sentence. Butts was found dead in his jail cell in a Jackson prison on Thursday. The Michigan Department of Corrections said he died by suicide, Fox 2 Detroit reports. Harris’ family now fears that his death has only left unanswered questions.
