A lot of times God does His greatest work where we see the least progress, quietly growing faith beneath the surface while we simply remain faithful.
He said, “God’s Kingdom is as if a man should cast seed on the earth, and should sleep and rise night and day, and the seed should spring up and grow, though he doesn’t know how. Mark 4:26–27
Jesus compares the kingdom of God to a seed growing quietly in the soil. We can see in these verses that the farmer plants the seed and then waits while growth happens beyond his control. Faith often develops the same way, slowly, quietly, and sometimes unnoticed. God works beneath the surface, shaping hearts, deepening character, and strengthening trust over time. Do not despise small beginnings or slow progress. Spiritual growth is not forced; it is nurtured. Stay faithful in prayer, Scripture, and obedience. While you sleep and rise each day, God continues His patient work, bringing life where you once only planted seeds. God is still working in ways you can’t see yet. Faithfulness means trusting the process even when progress feels hidden.

Dear Heavenly Father, help me trust that You are working even when I can’t see results. Lord give me patience even if I can not see or understand what You are doing in and around me. In Jesus Name Amen.
